Embutidos Guinó is a family company dedicated to making high quality home-made style products. It is located in the town of Bigues i Riells, within wider Barcelona, and lies within a zone known as “La Vall del Tenes”.

The company itself has a very thorough daily quality controls, such as: traceability, receipt of materials, manufacturing, curing, cooking, etc..

The controls are monitored by your veterinarian and external laboratory accredited by ENAC (607/LE1513) 9001:2000 standards certified and approved by the Generalitat of Catalonia.
