CONSERVATION AND CONSUMPTION - CURED

CONSERVATION

  • Keep at room temperature, in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
  • Cured goods are best not kept for too many days in a refrigerator as their flavour tends to become too strong and salty.
  • Goods kept in the refrigerator are best removed an hour before consumption so they are not served cold.
  • Whether hung or kept flat, leave sufficient space between the sausages so they do not touch.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

  • On their own, as an appetizer.
  • With bread or toast.
  • To accompany salads or vegetables.
  • As a sandwich, roll, or croissant filling.
