CONSERVATION
- Keep at room temperature, in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
- Cured goods are best not kept for too many days in a refrigerator as their flavour tends to become too strong and salty.
- Goods kept in the refrigerator are best removed an hour before consumption so they are not served cold.
- Whether hung or kept flat, leave sufficient space between the sausages so they do not touch.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
- On their own, as an appetizer.
- To accompany salads or vegetables.
