  • It is advisable not to break the chain of the cold to preserve all the properties and to promote the food safety of the product.
  • Possibility of freezing.

  • This product lends itself well to a variety of cuisines and may be cooked according to preference: grilled, roasted, used in a casserole, among other cooking styles.
